Child Support Division

The Child Support Office is located at 325 South 8th Street, Paducah, Kentucky 42003.  You can reach the office by calling (270) 444-7573.

The McCracken County Attorney's Child Support Division is committed to zealously enforcing child support laws both civilly and criminally.

The McCracken County Attorney's Child Support Division is responsible for establishing paternity, setting child support and enforcing child support.  All child support payments should be made to:

All payments should be made by check or money order and should include the case identification number (IV-D#) and/or social security number of the person making the payment.
