Filing Complaints |
 |
You may come into the office for filing complaints or general questions regarding your particular situation. You may schedule an appointment on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday to see one of the attorneys, you may also come to the office, sign in and be seen on a first-come-first-serve basis.
If you come to file a complaint, you should first report the incident to the proper authorities, Paducah Police Department, if the crime was committed within the city limits or McCracken County Sheriff's Department if the crime was committed in the county. If the complaint is a felony, you should make your report with a detective. You must then bring a copy of the police report with you to our office. I will contain the information needed for the attorney to process the complaint.
